Hello there. All of my owned heroes are gone in Heroes of the Storm! Atm i can only pick free to play heroes. What happening? Hi there! Also you might be connected to the wrong account, please double check your Account details Battletag and such match the log in you use before - check with a friend.
Same issue for me, Blandade frågor can see the level of my heroes, but they all are unavailable. I checked the region Europelogged out multiple times and using the same account I have been using for more than 5 years. WoW and WC3 work just fine.
I good explanation and solution for this is expected. Same problem! Region is Europe, only f2p heroes are available, I had all heroes unlocked prior to the last update. Edit: whole Collection is empty, not only I lost all heroes but every item in the Collection I had is locked like I never got anything.
Same here. Double checked Region. And this is my only account. Everything is in right place except heroes. Correction : All of hero skins, mounts,banners,sprays,announcers,voicelines… Also gone. Just wanna throw my hat in with your guys. Checked that it is the right region.
So it is the right region and account. All my skins are locked as well. I still have my account Icons…. Same problem. Restarted everything few times, even Shutdown PC. Chiming in with same issues… 2 days now. Correct EU region.
